Does your facility give CIP?

Don't like how you get paid? Take it to the streets with a vanity license plate. Most states allow you to get a personalized plate for a small fee ($10 in Virginia). Some states like Pennsylvania charge outrageous amounts $79-182 depending on the style. 

One fellow doesn't like that his Air Traffic Control facility doesn't have a CIP or controller incentive pay and took to the streets to complain.
